Description

In today’s increasingly competitive and changing environment, advanced coordinated ERP systems are critical to organizations undertaking business transformation initiatives to provide business managers with: accurate, reliable, and timely financial and management information; coordinated business processes; and standardized and interoperable systems.

At the same time, mounting regulatory and market pressures require the consideration of the control aspects of ERP systems.  Issues such as: Sarbanes-Oxley; financial transparency initiatives; and the need for operational efficiencies.  All of which are driving the need for a risk and controls framework.

Through review of business processes, information security, data integrity and supporting IT controls, clients are able to realize the following potential value: Effective and efficient operational and financial controls integrated into the business processes; Control focus throughout the project lifecycle; Methodical security approach to implementation and administration that supports business process control objectives; Increased data reliability through appropriate data integrity controls; and Cost Reduction.
